Medical adaptations
At Monument we specialise in Medical Adaptations - we have carried out many successful level access shower installations and disabled adaptation over the years for a local housing association and for Clackmannanshire Council.
We undertake the complete installation including the supply and installation of specialised equipment, all associated joinery, plumbing and electrical work, wet wall and safety flooring. We pride ourselves in providing a quick turnaround for these project to minimise any disruption to the Client. All previous projects were delivered to budget, on schedule and to the Client's satisfaction.
Over the years our experience in installing the specialist equipment required to facilitate disabled access has included the following: keysafe, grabrail, wet room, level access shower trays, bifold shower doors, specialist shower units, slim fold shower seats, complete rise and fall kitchens, external handrails and ramps. We have a reliable specialist equipment supplier base (AKW, Impey, Contour) which enables us to supply, deliver and install quality alternatives for all such specialist equipment requirements.
We are also able to offer a one-stop solution for disabled adaptations from design to completion. We can provide initial feasibility studies, architectural design, and if required obtaining building warrants, as well as carrying out all the necessary work and specialist equipment installation to the satisfaction of the Client and OT.
